A written recall and withdrawal procedure sets out the kinds of event that could lead to a recall, who takes the decision, how the following link in the supply chain is informed, when authorities are notified, how the certification body is contacted (the CB may then contact the Secretariat), and how stock is reconciled. The procedure is tested every year and the outcome of the mock recall is recorded, for example by following a chosen lot forward to the customer; clients need not actually be contacted, as a current contact list is enough, and a genuine recall within the past year can count as the test.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
