A registered provider must keep a list of all its education agents and publish it on its website and in any other prescribed way. When the Secretary requests it in writing with at least 30 days to respond, the provider must give the requested information about education agent commissions for a stated period, such as amounts paid to each agent, the value of non-monetary benefits and the number of accepted students each agent recruited, accurately.
