Australian Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 and National Code 2018 (Australia) s18-19: ss 18 and 19 Joint course payments and reporting accepted students in PRISMS

Where a registered provider delivers a course jointly with others, students must pay tuition fees to the registered provider, or the arrangement must be in writing and provide for receipt and disbursement of fees paid to the other providers. A registered provider must enter in PRISMS the details of each accepted student, course start, no-show, termination, change of course and other prescribed matters within 31 days (14 days for a student under 18 for a no-show or termination), and report a student visa condition breach as soon as practicable, including after the student has left.
