An employee who has worked continuously for 20 hours, counting holiday work and apart from breaks allowed by the award, must not be required to keep working or start again until at least 12 hours have passed. This limit sits alongside the 10-hour break rules in 16.5(a) to (c) and applies whatever mix of ordinary, overtime and holiday hours made up the 20.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
