RDOs are paid from the money accrued under 15.2, and each RDO must be entered in the employer's time and wages records. If a scheduled RDO lands on a public holiday, the next working day becomes the RDO unless employer and employee agree in writing on another day in the same or the next 4-week cycle. Every day of paid leave and any public holiday within a cycle is treated as worked (a full or part day) when accruing RDOs and other entitlements. Any RDO money accrued but not yet taken must be paid out as hours worked when calculating termination entitlements.
