Between noon and 1.00 pm each employee gets an unpaid meal break lasting 30 minutes or more, during which work and working time stop. Where the location of a project makes it sensible, and most of the project's on-site employees ask and agreement is reached, the break may be extended to no more than 45 minutes, with the day's finishing time adjusted to match.
