Higher limits for remote (MMM 6) and very remote (MMM 7) areas apply according to where the participant is when a face-to-face support is delivered, using the 2023 Modified Monash Model with the NDIA's isolated towns reclassifications; for non-face-to-face supports and reports, the location of the person delivering the support sets the band.
