Registered providers must not add charges to the cost of supports, such as credit card surcharges, gap fees, late payment fees or cancellation fees, unless the pricing arrangements permit them, and participants generally pay no exit fees when changing providers. Where GST applies, the price limit is GST-inclusive; many NDIS supports are GST-free.
