Registration lapses at the end of any 12 consecutive months (from 1 January 2023) in which the organisation provided no training or assessment toward a VET qualification or statement of attainment (or, for an assessment-only scope, no assessment). An organisation expecting a period of no delivery applies to ASQA in the approved form at least 90 days before the measurement period ends for an extension; extensions may be granted more than once but may not exceed 12 months in total.
