An NVR registered training organisation that wants to offer a VET course or part of one outside its scope applies to ASQA in the approved form with the information required and the fee; the application can only be made once the organisation has been registered for 24 months or more. ASQA considers its ability to deliver in line with the VET Quality Framework, its other courses and its compliance, and sets the day from which the new course may be delivered; the organisation does not deliver or advertise the course before that day (see ss 93 to 100).
