Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s38: ss 38, 101 and 102 Do what ASQA requires, and refrain from what it prohibits, during a suspension

While all or part of its scope is suspended, the organisation does anything ASQA requires and refrains from anything ASQA prohibits, which may include enrolling students, starting students in a course, and publishing or broadcasting, or causing to be published, advertisements for the course. Failing to do a required thing, or doing a prohibited thing, is an offence (600 penalty units) and a civil penalty contravention (1,200 penalty units).
