An NVR registered training organisation that wants to continue applies for renewal at least 90 days before its registration expires, or within a shorter period ASQA allows, with the application fee; a timely application keeps registration in force until the renewal is decided, and a renewed registration runs for up to 7 years from the day after the old one would have expired. An organisation may apply while its scope is suspended.
