Australia National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 s35A-36: ss 35A and 36(2)(b) Rectify breaches when directed and notify students when directed

When ASQA gives a written direction to rectify a breach of a condition of registration, the organisation rectifies it as directed; when ASQA, as a sanction, directs the organisation to notify its VET students in writing of a matter, the organisation gives that notice. ASQA may also enforce under Part 6 instead of, or as well as, directing.
