Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s123-124: ss 123 and 124 Do not suggest or assist with an unsuitable credit contract, or suggest the consumer stay in one

A licensee must not suggest or assist a consumer to apply for a credit contract or limit increase that will be unsuitable at the time of the assistance, and must not suggest the consumer remain in a contract that is unsuitable at that time.
