A licensee must give a consumer its credit guide as soon as practicable after it becomes apparent it is likely to provide credit assistance about a credit contract. The guide must be in writing and set out the licensee's name, contact details and licence number, the fees and charges the consumer may pay and how they are worked out, the credit providers it does most business with (up to six), the commissions and other indirect remuneration it expects from credit providers with an estimate and method, its dispute resolution and AFCA details, and its duties on the preliminary assessment and unsuitable contracts.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
