Australia National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) s121-122: ss 121 and 122 Give a credit proposal disclosure document and do not profit from third party fees

When suggesting or assisting with a particular credit contract or limit increase, or suggesting the consumer remain in a contract, the licensee must at the same time give a credit proposal disclosure document stating the fees payable to it and how they are worked out, a reasonable estimate of the commissions and other indirect remuneration it and its people are likely to receive, and other prescribed matters; it must not keep more than the actual amount paid to a third party for fees it collects on their behalf.
