A PCBU assesses each CSS processing activity to decide whether it is high risk, considering the specific processing, the forms and proportion of crystalline silica, the hazards including frequency and duration of exposure, whether airborne respirable crystalline silica is reasonably likely to exceed half the workplace exposure standard, previous air and health monitoring results and past incidents or illnesses, without relying on r 529B(1)(b) controls, PPE or administrative controls; records the assessment in writing; and treats processing as high risk until it determines otherwise.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
