A PCBU ensures workers it reasonably believes may be involved in, or at risk from, high-risk CSS processing receive crystalline silica training (accredited or regulator-approved training on the health risks of respirable crystalline silica and the need for and proper use of required controls), and keeps a record of the training while the worker does the work and for 5 years after the worker leaves, available for inspection.
