Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r529G-529J: rr 529G to 529J Notify the regulator before processing installed or disposed engineered stone; update, renew and keep notices

Before work processing engineered stone benchtops, panels or slabs to remove, repair or make minor modifications to installed stone, or to dispose of it, a PCBU gives the regulator written notice in the approved form describing the work, its type, frequency and duration (or, where it could not reasonably have known the work involved engineered stone, as soon as practicable after becoming aware); notifies any change within 30 days; gives a further notice within 30 days after each 12 months that the work continues; and keeps each notice for 5 years, readily accessible and available on request.
