Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r529CE: r 529CE Air monitoring, regulator reporting of exceedances, and health monitoring for high-risk CSS processing

A PCBU carrying out or directing high-risk CSS processing undertakes air monitoring for respirable crystalline silica in accordance with r 50, reports results exceeding the workplace exposure standard to the regulator in the approved form as soon as reasonably practicable and within 14 days of receiving them, and provides health monitoring for all workers doing high-risk processing under Part 7.1 Division 6.
