Australia Model Code of Practice: Managing the Work Environment and Facilities 3.3d: 3.3 Make toilets accessible, including for mobile, temporary and remote work

Toilets must be accessible to all workers including those with disability, ideally inside a building or as close to the workplace as possible, and in multistorey buildings on at least every second floor. For work away from base or at outdoor sites, workers must have access to other toilets such as public toilets or clients' premises, be told where they are and any risks such as sexual or gender-based harassment must be managed. Where permanent toilets are not reasonably practicable, portable toilets should be provided in a secure place with safe access, stable, and serviced regularly.
