Remote or isolated work is work isolated from the help of others because of location, time or the nature of the work, with long travel times, poor access to resources or limited communication: long commutes, delayed entry or exit, limited resources, limited recreation or support such as fly-in fly-out work, lone work, work in clients' homes or from home, unreliable communication, and long delays in emergency help. The PCBU must manage the risks of remote or isolated work, including providing effective communication with the worker (WHS Regulations r 48). The model code on the work environment and facilities explains controls such as workplace layout and design, communication systems, buddy systems, movement records and training, information and instruction.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
