Australia Model Code of Practice: Construction Work 2.3: 2.3 Other persons at the site: reasonable care and compliance with instructions

Other persons at the workplace, such as inspectors, visitors, home owners and potential buyers, must take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that their acts or omissions do not harm others, and comply so far as reasonably practicable with reasonable instructions from the PCBU.
