For full-time and part-time employees the employer must prepare a roster showing each employee's name and start and finish times, post it in a conspicuous, easily accessible place, and change it only by mutual agreement or on 7 days' notice. Employees must have at least 10 hours between finishing ordinary hours one day and starting the next, and 8 hours on a roster changeover. Where practicable, 2 weeks' notice of rostered or accrued days off should be given, changeable by consent or for sickness or causes beyond the employer's control.
