Remote catering employers may, with majority agreement, schedule work in recurring cycles followed by consecutive non-working days, with ordinary hours not exceeding 40 times the working and non-working weeks in the cycle, overtime for time beyond the scheduled total and beyond 8 hours a day, averaged pay allowed, accrued days off as for the 160-hour option, and no payment for non-working days other than accrued days off. A make-up time system (time off during ordinary hours made up later) requires majority agreement to introduce and the employer's consent for each employee's use; breaks apply, penalty rates are paid when make-up time falls in penalty periods, and the arrangements must be kept as time and wages records.
