Parental leave and related entitlements, community service leave and paid family and domestic violence leave are provided by the NES; disputes about extending unpaid parental leave may go to clause 36 or s 76B. The employer must treat information about an employee's experience of family and domestic violence confidentially (s 106C of the Act) and must not show that leave on payslips except as regulations 3.47 and 3.48 allow; evidence may include police, court or support service documents or a statutory declaration.
