The employer must pay: the cold work allowance per hour to employees principally stocking cold chambers or refrigerated storage, plus the additional amount below 0 degrees Celsius; the weekly first aid allowance to a qualified employee appointed to first aid duty; for a recall to work after completing the roster or on a day not worked, the greater of the time from leaving home to returning or 3 hours at the appropriate rate (unless otherwise agreed); the weekly allowance to an employee holding a liquor licence; and the hourly Broken Hill allowance for work in the County of Yancowinna.
