A food handler at work who has a symptom suggesting a foodborne disease, knows they have one, or carries one, reports this to their supervisor, does not handle food where there is a reasonable likelihood of contaminating it because of the disease, and if doing other work on the premises takes all practicable measures to prevent contamination. A food handler with a condition (infected skin lesion, or discharge from ear, nose or eye) reports it to their supervisor where it is reasonably likely to contaminate food and, if still handling food or doing other work, takes all practicable measures to prevent contamination. A food handler who knows or suspects they may have contaminated food while handling it tells their supervisor.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
