Where a packaging requirement applies to the sale, the packaging complies; and no packaging, or article or material in the packaging or in contact with the food (such as moisture or oxygen absorbers, mould inhibitors or promotional items), may be capable of being swallowed or of obstructing an airway or the alimentary tract, or be otherwise likely to cause harm, distress or discomfort if taken into the mouth.
