Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 10.6: 10.6 Do not require part-timers to work beyond their advised hours except in urgent cases, and pay overtime

The employer may require a part-time employee to work outside the hours advised to them at engagement (10.4) only where the circumstances are urgent or unforeseen. When that happens, the overtime provisions in clause 20 apply to the extra time.
