A part-time employee works a constant number of hours that is below 38 a week. The employer must pay them at least the ordinary hourly rate for their classification plus any allowances that apply, for each ordinary hour, and give them pro rata entitlements to annual leave, paid public holidays and leave for personal or carer's reasons under the award and NES. When engaging the employee, the employer must tell them their ordinary hours and the times they start and finish.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
