ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 3.3: Act only on client instructions and avoid excessive trading on managed discretionary accounts

A participant must not accept or execute client instructions except under the rules, must trade and allocate for a client only on the client's (or an authorised person's) instructions or a managed discretionary account discretion, must execute on a trading platform unless permitted otherwise, and must not trade a retail client's MDA excessively for the client's objectives and situation.
