The enterprise should set down OSH goals and objectives that follow from its policy and take account of every hazard identified. Objectives are specific, measurable and time-bound improvements to working conditions, proportionate to the size and nature of the business; the guideline suggests measures such as lower risk levels, new or improved OSHMS features and fewer undesired incidents. They are reviewed periodically and communicated to workers and other stakeholders.
