A change needs to be implemented in full, accepted and adopted. Depending on its scale, the operator shall consider establishing a post-implementation review and assessment process. That review should consider: follow-up assurance work checking how effective the implementation was including risk mitigation; new risks that emerged; pre-existing risks that increased or decreased, or were reduced or eliminated; additional controls introduced as part of the change; the performance targets and key safety performance targets set during the process; the information and training given to affected staff; the provision of support documentation, manuals and spare materials; confirmation that all operator documents, including the safety management system, were revised; and stakeholder impacts and consultation.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
