An accredited or registered organisation should check its accreditation or registration notice to decide whether the change falls within its permitted operations and conditions. Where a change of a kind the regulations describe stays inside the permitted operations, ONRSR shall be notified of it. A change that is likely to fall outside the permitted scope may need a variation of accreditation or registration, which must be approved by ONRSR before implementation starts; early contact with ONRSR to confirm the regulatory requirements is advised.
