Each Section's activities fall on the frequencies in Table 1.11(A) (intervals run from monthly and quarterly through half-yearly and annual up to 5, 10, 25 and 30 years, as applicable to the system). Table 1.11(B) tolerances are counted either side of the date first scheduled for the activity: plus or minus 5 working days for monthly, 10 working days for three-monthly, 1 month for six-monthly, 2 months for yearly, 3 months for five-yearly and 6 months for ten-, twenty-five- and thirty-yearly activities. Anything not done inside its window must be reported as late (out of tolerance) no more than a week after the window closes. The responsible entity and service provider can agree to move a scheduled date earlier, provided frequencies and tolerances continue to be met and the required number of activities is done in the period. The responsible entity may elect to run monthly activities weekly. Transition from earlier editions is handled site by site.
