The lessor may deduct from the bond only the reasonable cost of repairing or restoring damage caused by the tenant (not fair wear and tear), the reasonable cost of securing the premises if keys are not returned, rent owing at termination, the reasonable cost of replacing fuel the lessor supplied, reasonable legal costs actually incurred in assigning the tenant's rights, and an amount under an ACAT-endorsed term.
