At the end of the tenancy the lessor must inspect the premises together with the tenant and complete and sign a condition report based on that inspection with the tenant; either party may complete and sign it alone only after giving the other a reasonable opportunity to attend. This is not required where a tenant is continuing under a consecutive agreement.
