WCAG 2.2 5.2.1: Conformance level

Conformance is met in full at one level: Level A means every Level A criterion is satisfied (or a conforming alternate version exists); Level AA means every A and AA criterion; Level AAA means every A, AA and AAA criterion. The Recommendation advises against requiring AAA as a general site-wide policy.
