US ADA Title II - Web and Mobile App Accessibility Rule (28 CFR Part 35 Subpart H) 35.202: 35.202 Use conforming alternate versions only where direct access is impossible

A public entity may use conforming alternate versions of web content, as WCAG 2.1 defines them, to comply with 35.200 only where it is not possible to make the web content directly accessible because of technical or legal limitations.
