Leadership agility: the AGILE Model (Horney, Pasmore and O'Shea) – VUCA Leadership Framework

VUCA Leadership Framework A.5: Evaluate results: creating expectations, real-time feedback, fact-based measures

What does A.5 require?

The leader keeps focus and manages knowledge so the organization learns from and improves its actions: aligning vision to action, setting expectations tied to the success model, giving real-time feedback across the value chain and to people, and using factual measures that tie every unit to one overall map of success, with the military after-action review as a model. Balance matters: strength in all five drivers gives more agility than over-reliance on one.
