An owners corporation may dispose of goods abandoned on the common property after giving the prescribed notice of intention to dispose (section 53B), removing the goods to a safe place where appropriate (section 53C) and disposing of them in the manner the sections allow (section 53D); the owners corporation is not liable for goods disposed of in compliance with the Division (section 53E).
