Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r25-4: r 25(4) to (6) Communicate the agreed resolution to affected employees and the committee

As soon as reasonably possible after resolution, the employer must make sure what was agreed, in writing or orally, reaches the affected employees and goes to any health and safety committee. The agreement must be in a form all parties approve and be communicated in the manner and languages the parties agree. Any party may also send the agreement details to a relevant employer or employee organisation.
