After an issue is resolved, if any party involved asks, the employer must write down the details of the issue and how it was resolved, and the written account must satisfy all the parties. Any party that took part in resolving the issue can trigger this duty by asking, and the wording has to be acceptable to every party involved, not just to the employer.
