Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r24: r 24 Report health and safety issues to the HSR or employer

An employee who wants a health or safety issue resolved must raise it with the HSR if there is one, or otherwise with the employer or employer representative. The employee may take any steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to report it, including leaving their part of the workplace. Reporting to the HSR does not stop the employee also reporting to the employer or anyone else.
