Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s40-4: s 40(4) Do not carry out work requiring a licence or registration without one

Where the regulations say work or an activity (or a class of it) may only be done by a licensed or registered person, nobody may do that work in a workplace without holding the licence or registration the regulations require, for example a high risk work licence. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
