Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s40-2: s 40(2) Do not use unlicensed or unregistered plant

Where the regulations require plant, or the design of plant, to hold a licence or registration, nobody may use that plant in a workplace unless the plant or design is licensed or registered as the regulations require. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
