Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s40-3: s 40(3) Do not use an unlicensed or unregistered substance

Where the regulations require a substance to hold a licence or registration, nobody may use it in a workplace unless it is licensed or registered as the regulations require. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units (individual) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
