U.S. institutions of higher learning may release unclassified technical data in the United States to foreign persons who are their bona fide, full-time regular employees if the employee's permanent abode is in the United States throughout the employment, the employee is not a national of a 126.1 country, and the institution tells the employee in writing that the data may not be passed to other foreign persons without DDTC's prior written approval (125.4(b)(10)). License Exception TSU gives universities a similar authorisation for EAR technology and source code, excluding Country Group D:5 nationals, technology controlled for EI or MT reasons, and persons subject to Part 744 controls, with the written non-transfer notice surviving the end of employment (740.13(f)).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
