Restricted use pesticides meet 40 CFR 152 Subpart I (P); rodent bait is kept in covered, tamper-resistant bait stations (P); tracking powder pesticides are not used (P), and nontoxic tracking powders such as talc or flour must not contaminate food or clean items.
